Helpful tip!  Do you have your U Card and U-Pass in the same holder?  Are you using them together at the Go-To reader?
If so, there is a chip in the U Card that interferes with the reading of U-Pass.
If not, your U-Pass may be defective.  You can order a replacement U-Pass at
buspass.umn.edu.  Turn in  your current U-Pass when picking up your new one and you won't be charged the $7.00 replacement fee.
